Title: Mac & Cheese recipe from America's Test Kitchen

I recently received a pressure cooker so many of the recipes/notes in the near
future will likely be playing with it.

Notes: Delicious!  Takes about the same amount of time as the blue box but much
tastier.  Only takes 5 minutes under pressure and consistency is creamy and
smooth.  Pastas tried are small elbows and small shells.  Both worked equally 
well.
