They seemed to be looking for social justice. A good cause but rioting is not a good way to go about that. They are going to end up with criminal justice issues.

It's a problem for the mayor of Portland more than Joe, although maybe Joe can help.. I dunno.

I think the problems in Portland are more complex than what the clip showed.
