Eh, we learned a lot from the 2009 H1N1 issue, and created a playbook on
pandemics and infectious disease that was given to (and ignored by) the
current administration completely.

Anyway, whataboutism is the absolute laziest way to defend a position. It
lends no credibility to whatever argument you're trying to make.
