LL> The Senate failed to convict and remove him from office. LL> That is not the same as acquittal. Yes, it is. By definition of the word "acquit". Or do you also want to change the meaning of words to match your narrative? LL> I don't have to. He has already been tagged. Although he may LL> be tagged again. And again. And again. Until the Senate finally LL> decides to act to convict and remove him from office. I really hope that the Dems do that. The whole impeachment circus backfired completely on the Dems, driving more and more people away and making people support Trump even more. So, please, try to impeach him again. It's good for everyone other than the Dems. LL> It makes Donald J. Trump a real bastard. And a true son of a bitch. That may be, but he's your president today and will probably be your president for another 4 years. LL> Then who or what is a "legitimate" president? Hopefully one elected LL> by "we the people" rather than one selected by Russia (or Vladimir LL> Putin). That's for you to define. You are the one using terms like "illigitimate". LL> Yes, we use an electoral college process in order to determine LL> who our president is, or should be. But when that process has been LL> hacked by a foreign power in order to install someone of their choice, LL> that makes the individual selected an "illegitimate" president. The Left's "Russia!" narrative has been long debunked. Only the Lefties still hold on to it as an excuse as to why a criminal (Hilary) didn't garner wide support. LL> Don't make me laugh. Romney is from Utah. When is the last time LL> a Democrat won a statewide race for whatever office in Utah? Didn't say a Dem was going to win. Just not Romney. LL> Hunter Biden is a lawyer, the same as his father. He practices LL> law for a living, the same as most other lawyers. I never knew that LL> was a crime, or why being a lawyer might even be considered as being LL> a crime. I'll bet he paid his taxes for the work he did, and is LL> not afraid to show it. Then why are the Dems resisting showing Hunter's taxes? Where is Hunter, BTW? And you still didn't answer the question: Why did a Urkraine company hire Hunter, who had know knowledge in their business, for all that money while his dad was VP? At best, this is a conflict of interest. If it was all innocent, then the Bidens shouldn't have a problem showing that. But they are resisting. That implies that it was not innocent. LL> Like I said, he looked into it. She told him the truth. He LL> believed her. After all, she was an honest politician, and would LL> never lie. Not to him, anyway. A Clinton "honest"? Never happens. Hilary created a private email server for her official use - in violation of Federal law. She had emails, servers, phones destroyed AFTER she was told to produce the information - in violation of Federal law. Yes, Comey "forgave" her. But he didn't have the ability to do that. He only said that he found no "criminal intent", which was a joke since the whole thing stank to high Heaven of criminal intent. In Comey's defence, he most likely didn't want to die mysteriously (since that happens very frequently to people who testify against the Clintons). So he was probably acting out of self-preservation. LL> So she wasn't or isn't the smartest cookie in the world ... *LAUGH* Are you seriously telling me that someone who was Secretary of State didn't know what was in Federal Law? Are you seriously saying that she "didn't know" that setting up a personal server for official use was illegal? Are you seriously saying that she destroyed all those emails "by accident"? Dale was right. Serious TDS here. LL> The Russians did it. Or maybe the Russians made her do it? LL> Either way, those emails are long gone ... "The Devil made me do it" hasn't been an acceptable excuse for a long, long time now. .... Give and you might receive. Take and be sure of it. --- MultiMail/Linux v0.52 * Origin: Diamond Mine Online BBS bbs.dmine.net:24 (1:275/89)
