Subj : Trump failures To : Gregory Deyss From : Dale Shipp Date : Mon Aug 26 2019 04:04 am -=> On 08-25-19 11:54, Gregory Deyss <=- -=> spoke to Dale Shipp about Re: Diversity <=- DS> Learn to face that fact that Donald Trump is a failed business man who DS> cares about nothing other than himself and wants for things to take him DS> to center stage. He cannot hold an opinion for more than a day before DS> he changes it. His views and pronouncements are dangerous. GD> Has something happened to the ice skating rink in NYC that Trump GD> built? He did not build that -- it was built by the Wollman foundation in the 50's. Trump took over a renovation from the city in 1987, with the agreement to be reimbursed by the city for his costs. GD> Has something happened to Trump Tower that has caused it's doors to be GD> locked and now closed to the pubic? No, but it is losing money. When it was being built, Trump's organization hired undocumented workers. There have been numerous other problems with it. GD> Are the building that bare his name no longer standing? GD> No to all the above! But, his name has been taken off of some, e.g. Trump hotel in Panama. And now for some of the things you did not mention: Trump Airlines Trump Vodka Trump mortgage, LLC Trump the Game Trump Steak Trump magazine Gotrump.com and for the biggest fiasco of all Trump University Trump Casinos. GD> Everything is continuing as it has, and will continue to do so. GD> ** Let me put this out to you, in this direct question. GD> What pronouncements are you suggesting to be considering as dangerous? GD> and also tell me why... The tariffs that are in reality a tax on American consumers and businesses -- and his false statement that the Chinese government will be paying for them. Look at what his tariffs have already done to the American farmers. His family separation policy for immigrants who come seeking the asylum that USA law says they have the right to do. His inability to get "the best people" to work for him. The smart people have run from him. Many of the ones who he has selected for high level posts have resigned in disgrace. He does not seem to be able to do a proper vetting on many of his choices. The way that he is destroying trust in the USA by most of our best allies. They have no idea what to believe because of his chaotic nature. He has made policy statements and then reversed them in the span of a single day. His implicit support of white nationalists, refusing to condemn them for what they are -- and thus embolding them. Those are just the things that come to me off the top of my head. DS> GD> The left way of thinking also goes beyond Trump too. Things like the DS> GD> civil war and Abraham Lincoln and his DS> GD> emancipation proclamation does DS> GD> not matter . Slavery happened and therefore DS> GD> America must be destroyed DS> DS> I have no idea what your point is here. GD> Curious, that you don't know of the Democrats wanting to destroy GD> America. Correct -- show me where that has been said by any prominent Democrat. It is just not true. GD> that include green new deals making air traffic and airports to become GD> relics of history, along with the gas combustion engine also will be GD> nothing more then a memory, and still it does not stop there they also References please. GD> Civil Rights also happened, but that don't matter DS> Civil rights happen thanks to a Democrat President. GD> True but the Democratic Party of those days is not the same GD> Democratic party of GD> today, the needle is buried far left today, then it has ever has been GD> before. Those ideals of that time have more in common with Republican GD> views then the Democratic views of today. "Those days" were only about a half century ago. The Democrat party has not changed that much since Lyndon Johnson. GD> Slavery also happened and the Democrats own that also. Slavery happened long before the USA was formed. DS> We are trying to keep America from being destroyed by Trump. GD> The Democrats accusations are baseless, there is no evidence of any GD> harm to America, This is due to a fragmentation causing this clinch GD> within the Democratic mind, it is a unforeseen error to believe that GD> the efforts and actions of President Trump is somehow causing harm. GD> - They can't see or acknowledge how low unemployment is positive. It is positive. What has Trump done to make it so? GD> - They can't see or acknowledge how fare trade deals are positive. Do trade deals include the trade wars that Trump is waging -- at the detriment of American businesses, consumers and farmers. GD> - They can't see or acknowledge how the economy is better then ever GD> before. - You are partially right there, for now. The numbers during Trump's presidency are not substantially better than the numbers during Obama's presidency -- and seem to be getting worse, not better. GD> They can't see or acknowledge how manufacturing and energy GD> are now back. Are they really? Trump promised that -- I've seen no evidence that it has happened. GD> The Democratic mind can not process or be allowed to see, all of the GD> good that is happening around them under this President. And the Far-right mind cannot see all of the bad that this President is causing. Dale Shipp fido_261_1466 (at) verizon (dot) net (1:261/1466) ....
