The tip is picked up by the police members of the family, who kick their police wasp nest into threat-action against the tip target, and once the swarming begins it carries on under its own momentum. In this context, the police-drug industry family then carries out their illegal drug sales safely to their middle class protected customers, and also perform what might be called bad organised crime, which is what these police are employed here to supposedly stop in the first place. So I have been surprised that the middle-class beneficiaries of this scheme report hating the feeling of police oppression in Hamilton. If only this was the full story! It gets much worse. In what sounds like it might have been good news, the NZ government has absorbed the responsibility of external charities of Dealing With the neurodivergent into its national body. For this reason the common activities of neurodivergent targetting charities are important. NZ government agencies, as the world-bank-official #1 capitalist government farm out action to family-owned government customer businesses. The government and corporate-giving budget of these groups grows in two dimensions: The worse of a Threat neurodivergent people are, the more money goes to the middle class to Deal With them. There is the second revenue dimension: The more visibly wretched the lives of the neurodivergent are, the more money goes to the middle class to Deal With them. So the middle class profiteers gain by making their victim's lives worse, and publically fear-mongering about them. This horrible industry led to public pressure in NZ in the 90s that charity money had to end up in the hands of the charity's nominal targets - victims. In middle class charity profiteering in NZ it is a word-of-mouth advertised open secret which doctors and powerful therapists advertise as able to guarantee an NZ medical autism diagnosis at openly advertised prices of about 8000NZD (~ 5000USD). It is advertised as a wise career investment for the middle class targeting this industry and many people share their lucrative business results. The NZ government has scooped up this profitable industry of fear-mongering and wretchedifying neurodivergent people into itself. There is the ensuing argument that middle class sociopathic greed and desire to openly buy a medical diagnosis for autism is in fact evidence of neurodivergence. The argument is not without merit. I am against facilitating sociopathic victimisation of neurodivergent people, whether or not the villain themselves has bought an autism diagnosis, however rightly. The police-family-monopoly War On Drugs must be stopped, and victimless crimes ended in NZ. All police action must only ever be conducted by fully uniformed members in clearly marked police vehicles, and such actions must automatically trigger a basic prosecution of the police involved to the benefit of their speculative victims, simply for the police triggering action against them. Helping people must and can only be for allowing people to live independently and express themselves freely in a society they are part of, without institutional victimisation for being different, or not being a profitable middle class capitalist resource.
