Potato bread Ingredients - 385 g mashed potato - 375 g bread flour - 1.5 tsp salt - 1 sachet of yeast - 1/3 cup oat milk (or normal milk) - 3 tbsp olive oil Method 1. Mix the flour, salt and yeast. 2. Add the milk, mashed potato and olive oil. Stir to combine until a dough forms. 3. Knead for 5 minutes or until elastic. 4. Cover with a damp towel for 45 minutes. 5. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. 6. Divide the dough into two and form into balls. 7. Preheat oven to 200C. 8. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. 9. Bake for ~40 minutes or until browned and hollow sounding. 10. Leave to cool fully before slicing.
