Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

-   1 cup white, oat, or spelt flour
-   0.5 tsp baking soda
-   0.25 tsp salt
-   0.25 cup white sugar
-   0.25 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
-   0.33 cup chocolate chips
-   2 tbsp oat/soya milk
-   2 tbsp oil
-   0.25 tsp vanilla extract

Method

1.  Combine flour, baking soda, salt, white sugar, brown sugar,
    chocolate chips in a bowl
2.  Stir in milk, oil and vanilla extract to form wet dough
3.  Refrigerate at least 2 hours
4.  Preheat oven to 170C
5.  Form dough balls and place on a greased baking tray
6.  Bake 11 minutes
7.  Cool for at least 10 minutes until hardened up
