Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients

-   1 cup plain flour (if self-raising, don’t add baking powder)
-   1 tsp baking powder
-   1 tbsp sugar/salt
-   2 cups soy/oat milk
-   1 tsp vegetable oil
-   Dairy free margarine

Method

1.  Mix flour, baking powder, sugar/salt
2.  Add soy/oat milk, oil
3.  Whisk
4.  Heat pan and melt butter
5.  Fry
