Sriracha Tofu

Ingredients

-   1 block extra firm tofu or bean curd

-   0.33 cup cornstarch

-   2 tbsp oil

-   Rice

-   1 cup water

-   0.25 cups soy sauce

-   0.25 cups white sugar

-   1-3 tbsp sriracha

-   3 cloves garlic, minced

-   2 tbsp Agave

-   2 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water

Method

1.  Drain, rinse and press tofu for 15 minutes
2.  Slice tofu into small cubes
3.  Toss cornstarch and tofu
4.  Shake off excess cornstarch
5.  Boil rice until cooked, drain, set aside
6.  Heat oil in a pan and fry tofu until browned
7.  In a saucepan add garlic, water, soy sauce, sugar, sriracha,
    agave, boil
8.  In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water together, whisk into a
    sauce
9.  Toss the sauce with the tofu
10. Serve over rice
