Flapjacks Ingredients - 295 g butter - 250 g golden syrup - 500 g rolled oats - Pinch of salt Method 1. Preheat oven to 180C 2. Combine butter and golden syrup in pan on low heat 3. Remove from heat and stir in oats and salt 4. Spoon mixture onto shallow greased and lined baking tray 5. Bake for 25 minutes 6. Cut into squares while still warm 7. Leave to cool on wire rack
