Black bean hummus

Ingredients

-   1.5 cups cooked black beans (if using canned rinse and drain)
-   1.5 cups cooked chickpeas (if using canned rinse and drain)
-   1 large tomato, quartered
-   0.5 cup roughly chopped cilantro
-   0.25 cup fresh lime juice
-   0.25 cup extra virgin olive oil
-   2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
-   2 tbsp tahini
-   2 garlic cloves, minced
-   1 tsp cumin
-   1 tsp sea salt or to taste
-   0.5 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
-   Garnish ideas: extra virgin olive oil, parsley, cilantro, black
    beans, chickpeas, paprika, finely chopped red onion

Method

1.  Add all ingredients except garnishes to food processor and blend
    until creamy
2.  Transfer to bowl and add garnishes
