INGREDIENTS
	2 cups: greek yogurt
	2 : cucumbers
	5 cloves : garlic
	1 tablespoon : olive oil
	1/4 teaspoon : white vinegar
	1/4 teaspoon : lemon juice
	1/2 teaspoon : white pepper
	1 teaspoon : salt
	1 teaspoon : dill

DIRECTIONS
	finely mince cucumbers
	strain water from minced cucumbers
	finely mince garlic
	finely mince dill
	mix all ingredients together
	chill & servce

NOTES
	removing as much water as possible from the cucumbers is paramount. A cheese cloth helps!
	whole fat greek yogurt is ideal, lowfat can make the dish too watery
	chill in a sealed container, ideally one hour at least. Helps the garlic & other flavors really soak in.
