INGREDIENTS
	1 1/2 cups : water
	1 teaspoon : sugar
	2 1/4 teaspoons : dry yeast
	4 cups : flour
	2 teaspoons : salt
	1 teaspoon : oregano
	1/2 teaspoon : thyme
	1/2 teaspoon : basil
	1/4 teaspoon : pepper
	2 tablespoons : olive oil

DIRECTIONS
	heat water to above room temp, but not too hot to keep your finger in
	mix sugar into water, then mix yeast into water
	let sit for 10 minutes while it ferments
	mix flour, salt, oregano, thyme, basil, & pepper into bowl
	mix yeast-water & olive oil into bowl
	knead thoroughly
	let rise for at least 1 hour

NOTES
	makes enough for 2 cookie sheet sized pizzas
	if you plan on freezing some, do so prior to letting it rise
	use bread flour if possible
	2 1/4 teaspoons dry yeast is equal to 1 standard envelope of yeast
