Muesli Slice

400 g Plain flour
300 g Wholegrain oats
200 g Sugar
1 Tbsp Ginger powder
1 cup Dried coconut
2 cups Assorted nuts, seeds, dried fruit, other spices
1/2 cup Crystallised ginger, chopped (optional)
250 g Butter
60 - 80 ml Golden syrup

(You can slightly alter ingredients and amounts)

Mix dry ingredients together.

Melt the butter and mix in the golden syrup. Mix this into the dry ingredients.
The mixture should be quite sticky.

Press mixture into a greased baking tin, to roughly 3/4" thick.

Bake at 180 C for 20 - 30 minutes.
