The consumption of tater totz occurred yesterday.  Lots of them and
buried in powdered cheddar cheese.  I had ordered a small, but they
gave me about enough for a large...maybe cuz I tipped them?  Well, 
enjoyed dem tater totz while I went a walkin'.

I gotta prepare myself whenever I eat food like that these days.  I
did not used to be a thing, but I guess that is what happens when I
get older.  My body does not process food the way it used to.

Lately, I have been eating well and exercising consistently.  It is
good thing (tm) and I feel great!  But it is not something I can do
non-stop.  I allow myself to ingest bad food every now and again.  
Yesterday was one of those days.

xiled's self-care checklist when he wants to enjoy bad food:
 - Sugar levels are good, 
 - Regular exercise is consistent.
 - Regular diet is healthy and consistent. 
 - Hydration levels are optimal.
 - xiled is consistently averaging 10K or m0ar steps a day.  

If these conditions are met, then I can eat bad food.  When I do, I
usually walk before, after, and sometimes with the bad food.  
Yesterday, I walked with my tater totz while listening to a 30 
minute podcast.  My walk was done when the podcast was over, the 
tater totz, about half way through.  This seems to work for me now 
but I know that some time in the future, it will change yet again.
