tirph - tears in rain phlog and gophermap generator

tirph is a Bourne shell script for generating a gophermap file for
a directory within the SDF Gopherspace file system. The gophermap
can include a PHLOG (goPHer LOG, a list of links to recently
created or updated files) and a list of file and subdirectory
TITLES n the current directory.

("phlogmap" & "phmap" are working names for the tirph script.)
