pharc v.7.0 released

I am proud to announce that today I released pharc v.7.0

As you problably know only minor changes are added to the source co
because pharc already does everything I wanted it to do from the 
start.

You can see the changelog for version 7.0:

And heed that I added in the TODO section:

 * Add pharc wiki to the gopherhole.

Which is something I am going to do right now.
