Hello! I'm yet another computer user/hobbyist that found my way to SDF.org. I'm also a fan of music in any form. I've learned a couple instruments and music concepts and played around with other musicians. I'm currently learning how to play the keyboards (the music kind, not the typing kind) so I can play synthesizers. I'm also a fan of linux, originally learning the platform thanks to the labor of working with gentoo followed by working with various linux platforms profesionally. It's probably the only hobby that I found that can also be a professional and still be enjoyable. I tried other hobbies as professions and the "fun" aspect was immediately removed. I've been here on SDF for a while by now, at least ~10 years but only really active in com so far. The aNONradio section of SDF caught my attention recently, along with their own unique emphasis on synthesizers. I had a gopher site for some time, but it was only an attempt at recording an adventure on the game nethack (which I'm not so great at) but it was too difficult to maintain. Perhaps if I get back into programming, I could create something that could make logging the adventures easier, and then make it available for anybody who wants use it with their own nethack adventure.
