Due to the limited Gopher support in modern browsers I have uploaded 
Netscape 1.1 32 bit here (the .exe file).  Download, extract to a 
temporary directory, and run Setup.exe.

It may crash trying to load the Netscape site, but it'll be OK if you stop 
it from loading.
