2024-09-18 ------------------------------------------------------------------ The world of my previous update kept running through the summer. I found an astrological concept called Venus Gate, or Venus Star Point, or Venus Star Gate. The deity showed me herself standing on the moon of my birth chart (like Virgin Mary). She stepped down off the moon and descended down an underworld journey (like Persephone) and was brought up side by side with Loki/Hermes through another gate at my ascendant. During the journey, my prophet alter ego found a voice and gave me a numerological world creation myth (or an outline of one) and another myth about the chakras and their relationship to the journey of the consciousness up through human evolution and civilization and through a line of different shades of holy individuals. There was also a myth about how the clear perception of the world was shut outside the city gates of the civilized society, and people became afraid of the skies and the open spaces of nature. And another myth about a reptilian twin born with the human twin, one being fed on blood as the other was fed with milk. The deity balancing on the moon and the sunrise was missing her hammer. There was a story of the virgin being pregnant with the warrior and the old man. The old man was born in the normal way, but the warrior rose through the head of the mother, like Athene was born out of the forehead of her father. This same father (Zeus, in swan shape or otherwise) was responsible of getting the virgin pregnant this time as well. The old man was Aphrodites' lame husband, working under the volcano, related to the giants, one of whom was responsible for the theft of Thor's hammer. Supposedly Loki (and some gender- bending) will be needed for the retrieval of the weapon. It is hard to see the old man helping the warrior, though. The warrior stole his wife, you see. Is the old man the enemy? So far it is not clear to me what sort of action Loki/Hermes is looking for. The most reliable character is the reborn paraclete. All these characters are fluid. Some are clearly more "me" than others. The interpretation is also fluid. It does not follow any specific astrological tradition. The planets are in dialogue with my other visions. It is not without rules, though. For a very long time I had only paid attention to the aspects of the planets, since I could not come to terms with the precession of the equinoxes and the tropical zodiac not reflecting it. Now, though, I could see it more like the tropical signs were just a reflection of the seasons while the constellations in the sky (as they are actually seen) could give their own impressions. And on top of that, the five Venus Gates during her eight year cycle. I started getting the feeling that I am getting closer to what the first stargazers saw. The symbols are alive. While having this symbolic journey, I was actually physically active, building something in the woods with my partner, and not really on the hunt for the symbols. Not absorbed, isolated or intoxicated. So, really unconventional way of accessing it. Very wholesome. Also started a rather solid meditation routine based on mantra and throat singing and some yoga. Have gotten some hints at finding mindfullness through the mantra, plus very energetic chakra meditations. ------------------------------------------------------------------
