Well I am happy to report that I have now lost 50 pounds on the
keto diet + walking my dog 4-5 times per week (3 miles). I've been
on keto now for around 10 weeks.

While I know this diet isn't for everyone, and it almost drove
me crazy mentally the first month trying to break the chains of
carbs/sugar that held me in sway, I am used to it now and happy
with the results.

I still have about 80 pounds to lose, which is depressing in and
of itself but I am finally starting to feel like I am making some
progress toward my goal.
