	Celebrate the Spirit is an event that has been around for quite a few years and has had a variety of looks. My goal was to cull through the old designs and find pieces that I could carry into the new one.The eventual goal for CTS (and related sites) is to move from HTML to PHP. So, designing a Navigation Bar-based site is a step in the right direction.
