Lately I have been listening to podcasts about AI as I drive around town.
This has been educational as I am learning more about what goes into
creating LLMs, thereby improving my knowledge of how they work and
what their limitations are.

As time permits, I am also taking some Google AI training. I expect to
get some certification or other at the end of it.

One benefit of all this AI and LLM learning is that it is demystifying
how these things work. While they still seem somewhat magical, I
recognize that they are largely limited to the body of knowledge of
human existence. I am also understanding more about the ethical
challenges that LLMs are introducing, which are largely dependent
on whether you are the end user or the company using it in your
operations.

For example, using AI in your customer service chat means that you
would want to restrict it to only those things that help the customer
with your product or service.

As a user seeking knowledge, you may not want any restrictions.

It is all fascinating on a technical and philosophical perspective.

I intend to use LLMs to help me develop some automation. First, I
think I would like to write a script that generates a gophermap for
my journal entries so that they are in reverse chronological order
like a blog.
