i would love to conduct a long term research to calculate the true mean / median age of people who pass away in here. the current age-of-death statistic i believe only refers to natural death at defined old age, and does not take into consideration accidents or misadventures that result in death. 

perhaps only when i'm financially free, which of course is highly unlikely given the mortgage.
