Woke up at 1030am today. Had a bad, late evening last night. Had my breakfast, finished my milk, went on to edit my mix a bit, had some chicken for lunch, back to editing again, then had some noodles, continued my Flash Actionscript lessons, till about 5pm, decided to go to Wilson Botanical Park nearby.

Took quite a bit of photos, but Picasa having problems uploading it. Saw a bunny though, but it hopped away while I was trying to photograph it. First time I saw a wild bunny in it's natural habitat. Always wondered where they lived.

On the way back, in the car park, I was adjusting my bicycle lock cable, as it was hindering my pedaLg. It was a down slope, gaining speed, so one hand on handlebar, one hand adjusting lock cable, not aware of a curb in front of me. Went straight into it with speed. Thankfully there was a corner radius, flew in the air for ;about half a second, with my left of my body absorbing most of the impact.

My left hip bone totally scraped against the rough surface of the road, causing it to have a massive open wound. Didn't really bleed much as it was really a bad hard scratch.

Then I cycled home, only to realize my keys must have fallen off my bag while I was in the air. So I had to cycle back in my wounds, to get the key back. Thankfully it was still there on the road. Cycled back home to nurse my wounds. But I'm alright, still alive. I'll recover. Sprained my left wrist and hip a little, but still walking.

Then I had some dinner, tried to upload the photos. Then it was about till 7:50pm, that Rik came over my place to pick me up, to go to church.

I think it's really sad, that earlier today, Brynn called to tell me about Edge, that they were having some games today. And I was quite disappointed, was hoping for some Bible study. Well it sort of made up my mind to go to Andrew's thing going on, in the Berwick COC.

I went in a little late, as Rik came late. They usually start at 7:30pm, and pray for half an hour.

I went in at about 8pm, sat down, people were praying, music was playing, it was a very freestyle thing, sit where you want, pray how you want. It was a small group, about 10 of them,, including myself.

Andrew's mannerism's remind me so much of Kelvin. The energy, the eyes, the hair. He shared about fasting. Brought us to Isaiah 58. I must have read it before, but never in such a light did it speak to me.

Isaiah 58 is about true fasting, God rebuking the people who fast all the wrong things and all the wrong reasons.

In the Bible, fasting is not eating. Period. These days people want to fast from TV, fast from coffee, but in the Bible, it's food.
