BATTER RECIPE:
1 2/3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups cornstarch
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups club soda(or carbonated water)

1# white fish(cod ,flounder ,pollard, catfish etc)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Know you can fry up vegetables, seafood, or anything else you desire.
Heat vegetable oil to 350 degrees.
Dust fish or vegetable with flour
Dip fish into the batter, and  fry the fish or vegetables  until they are a pale golden brown.
Drain cooked fish on a wire rack.
