This is Jim Lahey's no knead pizza dough. Super easy and very good.

INGREDIENTS:

	- 500g bread flour
	- 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
	- 2 tsp table salt
	- 350g lukewarm water

METHOD:

	- Mix the dry ingredients
	- Pour in the water
	- Mix with a wooden spoon till all flour is hydrated
	- Cover with a wet cloth and leave to rise overnight
		-> 12 hours would be amazing if you have the time
	- Before pizzafying the dough, divide into 4 equal parts
	- Make them into dough balls
	- Let them rise under a wet cloth (on a floured surface)
	  for another 2 hours
	- Pizzafy them
