#:DATE 2021.05.13 #:WEATHER perfect #:DISTANCE ~5 miles #:PACE easy Grunting was very nice today, I felt very comfortable. I mostly ran on roads but after doing a loop of Rocky Ripple, I did maybe a mile on the trails by the river to take the scenic route back. Rocky Ripple is a small neighborhood in Indianapolis that is between the canal and the river, so it is almost like an island: at either end it is only connected to the "mainland" by narrow strips of land supporting the old canal tow-path. It is kind of a fun place.
