Habit Trackers

I have written before about tracking chores in a grid.  This technique is nothing new: Benjamin Franklin tracked his Virtue transgressions in a weekly grid.  I have found such a system helpful, and have filled up a pocket notebook with sequential Chore and Virtue spreads.  I have found them useful for breaking habits, if only by making me more aware of them/  I have contemplated adding a "Weekly Habit" row, but so far they have fit in the enumerated virtues.
