Some updates on the Final Zone BBS front - I've finally made the dive into
Fidonet! Well, not Fidonet itself - I'll work on getting to that - but a
few related networks based on the same infrastructure - namely FSX Net and
Micronet.

This is a new world of networking for me. I'm already not the best with some
networking concepts but I can understand the gist of it, and certainly get
the logic of how Fido works. At this stage it's just working the kinks out
of the configuration in Synchronet.

Things are working, though. At least, for the most part. As I said, there
are a few issues but they seem to be, if anything, cosmetic. At least, that's
the worst I think they are. They could create functional issues, but so far
the two networks seem to be working, but you never know.

It's only been a few days, though. I tend to rush these kinds of things, or
more correctly I rush my perceptions of them, sometimes over reacting to
what are likely non issues.

Oh well, it's all a learning experience. This is practice for when I finally
try to join the big-dog of all networks - Fidonet Zone 1 proper.
