Oh and lots of water. Zinc can help you heal faster (just 35 mg
   if you have it lying around) - as Zinc helps your body build
   white blood cells. White blood cells help fix your problems, but
   they *also* increase some of the swelling.... so you have to
   drink water to flush out the "leftover parts" that the white
   blood cells are throwing out into your bloodstream.

   Peeing a lot is good. The more your pee, the more of the tiny
   little broken bits are being flushed out of your body.
