^It's best not to believe in conspiracy. In general, nobody
   really cares enough to be out to get you, governments are too
   inefficient to be out to get you, aliens are busy with alien
   things to be out to get you, and regular people are busy with
   their regular lives to be out to get you. If somebody *is* out
   to get you, just think, "Wow, they really DO care. How nice".
   But no, you're safe. They're not out to get you. Unless...^
