^a great swim and about 15 live action Mario Kart races. My legs
   are about to fall off but it was darned good exercise. 15 super
   sprints in a row with nary a break inbetween. Gotta eat protein
   tonite sometime to rebuild those muscle tears (it's a good
   thing). Tomorrow, I think I'll be able to lift up a house with
   these legs. But there's a scary dentist appt tomorrow morning,
   so instead, I'll whine. Waaah.^
