Vegetarian is reasonable. There are many levels of vegetarian.
   Vegan however, as the "magic pinnacle" of vegetarian in some
   people's minds, is a bit much for most human bodies to handle
   properly. Some can and I think that's great but I've noticed
   that there are some vegans just use it as an excuse to be
   annoying at family dinners and eat lots and lots of sugar and
   starch. Thankfully, they don't last long on the regimen 'cause
   you can only last so long on starches without decent proteins
   and so they soon go back. Those committed to it learn proper
   nutrition and that's fine.
