Agreed. I suppose if I *had* to measure intelligence, I might
   consider insight to be a measure of intelligence whereas
   consistency might be a matter of being able to perform a
   particular learned skillset on demand, such as test-taking.

   Then again, I suppose insight can also be a learned skill as
   well. It *is* something you can practice - awareness of
   opportunities for worldview shifting that can reconfigure the
   variables to suit viewing information from multiple perspectives
   simultaneously.
