I've often wondered at which point in our history did Analytical truths gain the high status they have at present? My knowledge of the history of analytical philosophy is limited but perhaps you could shed light on its development, and how it might have acquired the high status it has today? My bias, if I happen to sound strange: I think in terms of systems and their sociohistorical development and their impacts upon how humans perceive true-values but I'm not so much on the quest to determine Truth per se, if that makes any sense smile emoticon
