My apologies Jerad. I didn't have coffee when I wrote it. I'm
not even atheist (I'm agnostic) and really, what I said wasn't
   fair.
As with the book Sloan posted, I was judging a book by its cover
and a quick look at what it was about.
I have a bit of a trigger finger when I see "incompatibility
between science and religion" which I saw in the book
description on Amazon and I really apologize for launching it
   your way.

And you're absolutely right; there's something positive to take
away from any text. I was entirely unfair and it was wrong of me
to write the way I did. I wasn't mad at you or the author of the
book... it was a broad rant and I shouldn't have used you or the
book you were nicely offering to Sloan as a launching point for
   my personal crusade.

   Sorry about that. We ok?
