   b) Since I cannot answer those questions, I want to EXPAND
   outwards to an area that INCLUDES (_not side-steps_) the INNER
   issues to understand WHY does this even matter?

   If I understand why it matters in the big picture, then I can
   zoom in and narrow my focus to the smaller details.

   To me, it's a series of concentric circles, not different
   arenas.
