The distinction is one is clearly outlined as fiction and the
   other's fiction/non-fiction status is unclear. Yes. I also wish
   it _wasn't_ a reason to arrest someone. I think it's ridiculous.
   But is it acceptable? Yes, because that's how things are
   currently structured. People judge you on your words as much as
   actions. I don't like it, but they do. It's justified in courts
   around the world already. I'm just one guy sitting behind a
   computer expressing his opinions. I can't beat the weight of the
   world as it stands at present. That's just fantasy-land if I
   believe that *my* 'justifiable' is of a higher weight than what
   the current systems considers 'justifiable'.

   If I had the power to create a Utopia where *my* assessment of
   what's justifiable was King, that'd be fine. But that'd be
   fiction.
