Wonder as you wish, I've written reams of paper worth online
ranting about the flaws in the education system and how it
limits the thinking abilities of future adults by creating
artificial barriers to creativity by forcing the kids to comply
with unnecessarily complicated directions designed to confuse
rather than enlighten, and the sheer sadistic delight of
test-makers and textbook writers who revel in the process of
   making something simple, impossible.

Then Common Core came out in the USA. I shant start my rant on
   that.

I could blame Holt. Read Unschooling when I was 14. Summerhill
by Js Neill. So, my disillusionment with education and its ways
are rooted early. C'est la vie.
