Full circle though. Snipping the thing away from its historical
   context turns it into a rootless, self-supporting entity. Oh
   well. Judging the past using modern sensibilities can't be
   avoided I suppose. Still, it was not a waste, as I did some nice
   research on Gnostics and neo-Gnosticism in the process of
   composing that piece and between that and what you educated me
   about regarding the development of Logic from the early days
   filled in a few more gaps in my knowledge of human history.
   While it may be impossible to get everything fitting into place
   from various culturally subjective perspectives (besides our
   own, which is usually all we ever work with), I'm enjoying the
   challenge.

   Thanks again for filling in my gaps of knowledge about Logic
   history. "God simply is", "Logic simply is" are synonymous to me
   but at least now I know more of the roots that Logic springs
   forth from.
