Thanks. It has a strange source. Menus in restaurants.
   I could never decide. Analytical, know-too-much, figuring out
   what I remember of calories, fat, protein, carbs. Then there is
   cost, competence of the cook...
   ..and this is at a McDonald's ordering fast food.

   One day my mother says, "Oh, just have a default order."

   I'm like, "What? A default order?"

   "Yeah. If you're in a rush, have something you can pick
   everytime that's close enough."

   So, I did. Now, I can think if I want to, or I can simply
   respond. I trained my default response in that situation to fit
   the constraints of time and pressure
