Magnesium (one day dose) and Zinc (one day dose). works like
   Lorazapam for me. I've suffered from anxiety attacks/panic
   attacks since I was little and always tried to stay off
   medicines. [except for a few year in my mid-late 20s].

   A few years back, researching vitamins, I noticed a common
   combination of zinc/mag/b12 in different places. Autistic help
   forums, body builder forums, a few others. Nothing regarding
   anxiety. But I figured, 'must be something to it'.

   experimented on myself. First I did the three, then now just the
   two. Not everyday, just when I think of it.

   Anyway, I've used it before going to the dentist. Works 100%.
   Might work for you. I dunno.

   I have elaborate theories as to why it works as it does but I
   don't feel like putting up a HEY EVERYBODY I HAVE A SOLUTION FOR
   EVERYTHING website or writing a book or something. Seems scammy
   'cause it's so simple.
