Being a "systems thinker" is awesome. *I know how the whole
   system of running a small business works in my head. *Every
   part, when things to wrong, when things go right, the flow of
   information. *If it's set up properly, it just works. *If
   there's a problem, it's easy to spot and fix. The only variable,
   which is impossible to overcome completely, is getting customers
   reliably. That's fundamentally based on hope.
