I don't care much for Newton's laws of motion honestly, and I
believe they're unnecessarily primitive constraints, especially
modern formulations of inertia, which avoid the possibility of
an internal impetus... all because of some 19th century desire
for Science to throw off momma Religion and papa God by whatever
means necessary, like a rebellious teenager screaming, "You're
not the boss of me!" while slamming the door to their bedroom
   that's in their parent's house.

But whatev. I guess it's easier to construct "self-evident"
things by ignoring the floor you're standing on, or that you're
even there, holding the self-evident thing in your hand, and
calling it, "object without a subect". _sigh_.
