Here's an example of a fantastic system:
   McDonalds.
   Where else can whole restaurants be run by teenagers
   successfully?
   Govt, McDonalds, Corporations in general, PLUS the very fact of
   the "upwards filtration process". The people at the top are KEPT
   FROM KNOWLEDGE from those below... as holding back information
   is a part of job security.

   I'd like to believe there's a select few that "know what's
   really going on".. but.... *sigh* I can't.

   I'm a sytems thinker, but belief in a system by its participants
   keeps the system together, rather than competence.
