I'm not a fan of most PDA, whatever the coupling but I'm a
prude. HEY EVERYBODY WE'RE IN LOVE so others can enjoy their
love display by vicariously experiencing it always seemed
   strange to me.

But again.. I'm a prude. I like public displays of friendship
but the kissy-poo stuff and I turn into a 9 yr old going, "eww,
   barf".

The "yay we smoke pot" things.. I've heard it my whole life. New
Jersey, college at Hampshire, here in Florida... and pot-pride
is, I dunno, stale I guess. It's a fine hobby for those who
indulge and I don't care. But it seems the same people who
proudly talk about "pot smoking rights" also say, "What's the
point of voting?" and don't show up when they actually have a
real chance to make a difference in their cause.

Not all mind you, just among those I know. Last time it came up
in Florida, I remember saying to pot-smoking friends, "Hey, you
should go vote - your cause is up on the ballot." then I get to
hear all about lack of rights ,unfair, etc etc, while they light
up a bowl and follow up with, the vote is rigged so why bother".

Self-defeating prophecies. Oh well. I guess they like being "the
rebels" and wont know what to do if there's no enemy to fight
   against anymore.

I was gonna say, "Too stoned to bother" but I wanted to preserve
some dignity. [PS - I voted for it, 'cause the distribution
patterns will be primarily among medical dispensaries and highly
controlled. The underground buying/selling will likely continue
as always without much change, so really I don't expect much
would change, except perhaps some burglary attempts when the
dealers are absent. I don't bother with it myself - I got my own
hobbies, and it didn't have the magic for me. I'd do LSD again
though. I liked the special effects - but it lasted way too
long. 8 hrs... 4 great and 4 of "oh just stop already, this
   movie is way too long"]
   Thus endeth the brain-dump.
