       I don't believe wisdom requires factual/lexical/word
       knowledge, but rather understanding and experiential
       knowledge can develop knowledge very quickly. You may not
       have all the proper words but you can certainly have the
       proper conceptualizations at nearly any age.
       I would say that "skills development" is both related to age
       and exposure, but not necessarily knowledge.
