^New Recipe: Enclosed: "They say" that Salmon is very good for
   you. Well, I picked some up that was in a can, on sale, good
   price. But outside of bread/fry, I didn't know what to do. I was
   always afraid to teach it like tunafish.

   So, I didn't treat it like tuna.

   Three ingredients:
   precooked Salmon in a can
   Relish
   Salsa

   that's it.

   I used a lot of relish and a lot of medium salsa. It tasteed
   like Relish and Salsa without adding much in the way of calories
   or cost or difficulty. It was on a whim but tastes surprisingly
   good. Im just eating it straight out of the bowl. Getting high
   quality protein as a midnight snack and enjoying it.^
